Fisk Alum JoLinda Herring on Cravath’s On Tax Podcast
JoLinda Herring is Managing Shareholder of the law firm Bryant Miller Olive and Co‑Chair of its Public Finance group. After graduating from Fisk University, one of the nation’s historically black colleges and the oldest institution of higher learning in Nashville, with a degree in chemistry, she earned an MBA, worked for her father’s construction business, and ran for local political office before deciding to attend law school. In this episode of On Tax, JoLinda talks to Cravath partner and host Len Teti about how her wide‑ranging experiences and interests naturally culminated in her public finance practice and her current role as a member of Fisk’s Board of Trustees.
