This seminar will discuss best practices for successful H-1B Non-Immigrant Worker Petitions, O-1A/O-1B Extraordinary Ability Worker Petitions, and TN NAFTA Worker Applications—and the timing issues involved for J-1 Waivers, and STEM OPT validity dates.
